The new Imaging multi-factor authentication method recently made available in Imaging PROD and TEST environments is currently unavailable as of early this morning!
As our Middleware engineers work to address this, please use the old authentication method (connection profiles configured per step 14 here https://kb.wisc.edu/ecms/31846) when logging in to Imaging TEST and PROD environments. Please share this with your staff and colleagues that use your Imaging implementation.
Please note that the new multi-factor authentication method still works for Admin users and for the Perceptive Experience web environment.
