Honorlock addresses Chromium bug

A Chromium bug has affected the way Browser Guard functions on Windows OS.
To work around the existing bug, Honorlock has implemented on screen warnings for test takers that navigate away from their exam on Windows. The test session will also receive a high flag, intended for faculty review. They have taken this approach as opposed to the alternative of forcing the students to click back into their exam within a set time limit (how other browser based proctoring solutions are handling this).
