HelioCampus AC can be accessed with Chrome or Edge. Currently FireFox and Safari are having issues connecting.
HelioCampus AC Outage
The HelioCampus AC service not available when accessing with FireFox and Safari as of 11/21 at 11:15. The vendor is currently working on the issue.
Outage Description
HelioCampus AC can not be accessed.
Impact to Users
All users (students and instructors) are affected if using FireFox or Safari.
Workarounds
Both Chrome and Edge work fine.
