Turnitin Upload and Similarity Report Issues [Resolved]

Turnitin is experiencing unexpected service issues causing slow (or stopped) uploads and similarity report generation.
Outage Description
At 9:03am CT Turnitin reported issues with a number of their products. After testing Learn@UW confirmed that UW-Madison users may be impacted.
Impact to Users
Submissions sent to Turnitin via assignments in Canvas may take longer for their similarity reports to be generated or similarity reports may not be generated at all. Learn@UW is continuing to monitor the situation.

Resolved
At 10:50am CT Turnitin reported that these issues have been resolved. After testing Learn@UW confirmed that past submissions had reports generated, and new reports were generated, but slightly slower than usual.
Users with submissions that are still pending are encouraged to resubmit using the grey "resubmit" button in Canvas Speedgrader. If, after resubmitting, a similarity report is not generated within 24 hours, please contact the DoIT Help Desk.
