Instructors: What do students value in Learn@UW?

Over 350 UW students told a national survey what they find most useful...
We know from talking with students directly that they wish more instructors were using Learn@UW. But for those students who are already using Learn@UW for their courses, what aspects of Learn@UW do they most value?
According to 353 UW-Madison students who participated in a 2007 ECAR study of students and information technology, here are the top 5 most useful features of Learn@UW:
- 1. Keeping track of grades
- Here's how to do it.
- 2. Sample exams/quizzes
- Create a self-assessment (tutorial PDF) or post a document (watch how).
- 3. Syllabus.
- Watch how.
- 4. Online readings.
- One way is with a Library Course Page.
- 5. Getting assignments back from instructors
- Use the Dropbox (tutorial (PDF).
