DoIT Walk-in Desk at Memorial Union

The DoIT Help Desk now has two locations for Walk-In service. You can come to our Walk-In desk at DoIT in the Computer Science building or to our new location at Memorial Union located down near Student Print.

The Walk-In Desk at Memorial Union will be open six days a week:

  • Sundays: 12 PM - 8 PM
  • Monday-Thursday: 10 AM - 8 PM
  • Fridays: 10 AM - 5 PM
The Walk-In Desk at DoIT will be open 5 days a week:
  • Monday-Friday: 7:45 AM - 5 PM
We offer similar services that we did at the DoIT location. If your computer needs software repair that cannot be resolved within 15 minutes and/or hardware repair we will have the ability to check your machine in at Memorial Union and ship it back to DoIT for you. You will need to pick up your equipment at DoIT when it has been completed.
