Schedule Summer Course Evals

Instructions to schedule AAE Course Evaluations in the summer

  1. Login to AEFIS  https://aefis.wisc.edu/
  2. Menu-->Surveys-->Survey Schedules

    Survey Schedules

  3. Click Add Survey Schedule
  4. Leave all default selections for Survey Type  (Course Evaluation, Student Course Evaluation, End of Term).  Next.

  5. Name the schedule  Summer <YEAR> - AAE <CourseNo>   (Summer 2019 - AAE 375)
  6. Survey Template:  aae-prof-course-2016-Feb.   Next

  7. Click Add Survey Participants

  8. Under Included Groups, click the + button

  9. Keep All Colleges selected and click Add Group.   Next.

  10. Select the correct Summer Term.  Be sure Run this Survey Schedule EVERY...... is UNCHECKED.   Next.
    Terms
  11. Nothing to change on Notifications.  Next.
  12. Click Save Survey Schedule

  13. Click Publish

    Publish

  14. Depending on when you create the schedule, you may receive a second notification window.  If so, click Publish

  15. On the left menu, click Information-->Settings

    Information-->Settings

  16. Adjust the schedule settings based on when the you wish the survey to start and finish.  Click Save

The schedule has now been created.  You still need to assign a course to it.  Refer to KB AEFIS - Eval - Assigning Course Sections to a Survey (Admin) .
