Accessibility and usability barriers
The following information is provided to help people with disabilities know what potential barriers may exist.
Screen reader barriers may limit accessibility for people with vision disabilities
Some images in the interface lack proper alt text, while other elements such as links lack proper context for intuitive navigation via screen reader.
Low color contrast may limit accessibility for people with color blindness
Text elements throughout the site have low color contrast and may be difficult for some users to read and navigate through.
Magnification barriers may limit accessibility for people with low vision
Cielo24 does not support screen magnification up to 400%, and some content begins overlapping at 150% magnification or higher.
Unclear instructions may cause difficulty for people with cognitive and learning disabilities
Unclear directions and workflows may impact the ability of all users to reach their goals or complete high-priority tasks, especially those with cognitive and learning disabilities. For example, the “Upload Media” button is used to request transcripts and captions, which may make it difficult for users to locate and identify that functionality.
