Microsoft o365 Mobile App - Accessibility & Usability Information

This document summarizes the accessibility and usability barriers identified during testing as well as how to get help.

The Office 365 mobile application allows students, faculty, and staff to use O365 tools on their mobile devices.

Accessibility & usability barriers 

The following information is provided to help people with disabilities know what potential barriers may exist with the Office 365 mobile application.

Some keyboard navigation barriers may be difficult for people with vision or motor disabilities

In some instances, the focus indicator, which lets users navigating via keyboard where they are on a page, does not relocate to the expected location. For example, the focus indicator does not automatically relocate to the result list after users click the Search button.

Some screen reader barriers may be difficult for people with vision disabilities

Some elements of the application, such as popup windows, are missing heading level structure, making it difficult to orient oneself on a page when navigating via screen reader.
