Accessibility & usability barriers
The following information is provided to help people with disabilities know what potential barriers may exist.
Screen reader barriers make navigation difficult for people with vision disabilities
Some images in the interface lack proper alt text, while other elements such as links lack proper context for smooth navigation via screen reader.
Color contrast barriers may be difficult for people with color blindness
Text elements throughout the site have low color contrast and may be difficult for some users to navigate and read if they have low vision or color blindness.
Magnification barriers may be difficult for people with low vision
cielo24 does not support screen magnification up to 400%, and some content begins overlapping at over 150% magnification.
Unclear instructions may be difficult for people with cognitive and learning disabilities
Unclear directions or workflows may impact the ability of all users to reach their goals or complete high-priority tasks, especially those with cognitive and learning disabilities. For example, the “Upload Media” button is used to request transcripts and captions, which may make it difficult for users to locate and identify that functionality.
