Accessibility & usability barriers
The following information is provided to help people with disabilities know what potential barriers may exist.
Magnification and interface barriers create difficulties perceiving information for some users, such as people with low vision.
Beginning at 150% magnification, users can experience horizontal scrolling, crashing elements, and elements being pushed off scree, and made inaccessible throughout the entire application.
Screen reader barriers create significant difficulties for screen reader users, such as people with low vision and blindness.
Inconsistent heading levels, missing alt text, missing status updates, and limited context for alerts and labels make screen reader navigation throughout Big Interview difficult.
Keyboard navigation barriers limit access to all features for some users, such as people with motor disabilities.
Throughout Big Interview, keyboard navigation users may experience difficulties accessing some features, such as live chat, video playback controls, and content in popups. There are also instances of low contrast or no visual indication of focus.
