The meeting was called to order at 2:01 p.m.
Motion to Convene in Closed Session Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c), and (f) to discuss nominations to the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration Search and Screen Committee and appointments to the University Curriculum Committee and the Personnel Policies and Procedures Committee. (Crandall). Seconded. Approved.
Motion to convene in Open Session (Moscicke). Seconded. Approved.
Business
Motion to nominate Anne Gunther and Charles Konsitzke to the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration Search and Screen Committee (Crandall). Seconded. Approved.
Motion to appoint Dorothea Salo to the Personnel Policies and Procedures Committee (Moscicke). Seconded. Approved.
Motion to appoint Ricardo Court, Mary Thompson, and Lee Debaillie to the University Curriculum Committee (Kuba). Seconded. Approved.
