The meeting was called to order at 11:45 a.m.
Guests: Lyn Harper and Karen Hutcheson, Mercer
ASEC shared their concerns with the current human resources system with two consultants from Mercer. This session was a stakeholder interview. These included the importance of having career paths/progression; different jobs with the same titles; erosion of state-controlled benefits; professor titles; market salary data peers; and issues with pay bands for Category A titles.
