11:00 am – 11:05 am: Welcome, introductions, and selecting meeting minutes volunteer

11:05 am – 11:10 am: Approve meeting minutes for last month

11:10 am – 11:15 am: Mentor-Mentee Match (Justin, Alissa, Kendra, Liza)

• Status check-in
• List of mentors and mentees we can easily reach out to participate in events, or promotional materials/resources (e.g. videos)

11:15 am – 11:45 am.: Events (Vanessa, Barney, Luke, Ranae, Lindsey) 

• Confirm who will remain on the events subcommittee
  • Reduce the number of subcommittee members to 4
  • Move events planning to our monthly committee meetings
  • Adjust the events subcommittee meetings to align with governance/open committee standards and requirements
• Planning the spring events - 2024-2025 Annual Timeline
• Discussion group – January/February
  • Improve and approve the invite email
  • Event roles and responsibilities
