1.      PD Grants: Stephanie J.

-2016 planning discussed : matching score sheet with applicant questions needed

Discussed: update needed to the travel allowances for meals on the web

-update on spring 2016 grants: applications due April 1, 2016. PDRC expects to receive the qualifying applications in the second or third week of April. Jake and Stephanie J will arrange meeting times for the reviewers. Applicants have been told that they will be notified the first or second week of May.

- Fall 2016 planning

Discussed web links to past winners stories (UW communications articles), changing wording to further clarify awards and set discussions for May 2016 meeting regarding this

-April 26, 2016   award ceremony

Discussed: award plaques, need to clarify with secretaries office on transport to ceremony.

            Discussed: deadline today. Depending on the number of submissions, may need another                              reviewer.
