How To Toggle Between Salesforce Apps

This document will demonstrate how to toggle between the Recruiting and Service Console apps in Salesforce.

  1. Click on the App Launcher

    The Salesforce App Launcher is symbolized by nine dots in the upper left corner. Click on the dots and you will see an app menu like the one below. You’ll notice more apps than Service Console and Recruiting. You are welcome to ignore them.

  2. Choose your desired app. In OAR we use two apps only - Service Console and Recruiting. You are welcome to ignore the other options.

Navigation Tip: Most Salesforce objects used by OAR are on our navigation bars by default. However, there may be times when you want an object not already on our navigation bar. A popular example is Email Templates. Use the search feature in App Launcher to find Email Templates or other Salesforce objects.
