How To Integrate Outlook Email
This document will demonstrate how to set up your individual outlook email address in Salesforce so that, when emailing from Contacts, you may select your email address to be the "from" and "reply to" address.

- In the upper right corner of Salesforce you’ll see a circle with either an animal or your picture. This is your profile. Access Settings by clicking on your profile and then clicking on Settings.
- The left menu will contain seven items with > carrots. Select Email and then My Email Settings.
- Determine if you would like to be automatically bcc-ed on emails you send from the Salesforce platform. You can only set this preference when Send through Salesforce is toggled.
- If you change your Automatic Bcc setting, scroll down and click Save with the Send through Salesforce option checked.
- Select Send through Office 365 and ensure that the composer option Salesforce Email Composer is checked. Optional: You may choose to create an email signature.
- Scroll down and click Save.
