Contact records house contact information for individuals, including email, telephone, mailing address, contact type, and if they have applied, EMPL ID. This information, as well as primary educational institution and a link to Eloqua Profiler, is housed in the Details tab. In the Related tab we can see opportunities, cases, and campaigns that have been linked to the contact.
