Accessing Campaigns

The document provides information about where to find Salesforce campaigns.

While you can access Campaigns through the Service Console, let’s use the Recruiting App since campaigns contain our recruitment information. In the image below you can see that I’ve clicked on the Campaigns down-arrow along the top of my Recruiting menu. The drop-down menu shows the last five campaigns I’ve viewed as well as the last several lists I’ve accessed, for easy re-retrieval. The campaigns drop-down menu is also where I come to create a new campaign.
A screenshot of the OAR Salesforce Recruiting app with the menu item Campaigns circled in red. The down-arrown next to campaigns is depressed and a popup menu is visible. The menu has a link to create a New Campaign and lists five Recent Records and four Recent Lists.

Clicking on the word Campaigns instead of the down-arrow opens the Campaigns home page.
