Go to the website

• BeyondTrust Administrative Interface
• 
• Login using your BeyondTrust username and password
• or click the SAML link to use your campus netID and password

The Procedure

1. Look on the left column and click the Reports icon
   

   

2. On the Reports screen, make your selections. 
   1. session (1)
   2. select Date Range (2)
   3. enter a date (3)
   
   
3. Scroll down and click Show Report to display the report (4)
4. There should be displayed a list of chats from the specified date range
5. Find the specific chat and click Details to display the chat information
