It is highly recommended to access your email and calendar accounts through Outlook on the web, Outlook desktop, and/or Outlook mobile apps.

Help Desk Internal Note
UW-Madison's Microsoft 365 team can only support Microsoft clients and applications. They cannot assist with setting up email/calendar in other clients, like Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Gmail, etc. DO NOT ESCALATE TO THE OFFICE 365 TEAM if the case is troubleshooting a non-Microsoft client.
We can provide best-effort support using outside client KBs and sources, but ultimately we highly recommend accessing email and calendar through Outlook on the web, Outlook desktop, and/or Outlook apps.
