Referrals - Shared Financial System (SFS) and WISER

This document describes the referral process for Shared Financial System (SFS) and WISER.

  1. Ask the caller to send an email to UWSA Problem Solvers (uwsaproblemsolvers@uwsa.edu).
  2. Log the WiscIT incident using Referrals Handling Information. After referring the customers, set the ticket to RESOLVE to ensure the ticket does not get forwarded to other groups.
