Referrals - Shared Financial System (SFS) and WISER
This document describes the referral process for Shared Financial System (SFS) and WISER.
- Ask the caller to send an email to UWSA Problem Solvers (uwsaproblemsolvers@uwsa.edu).
- Log the WiscIT incident using Referrals Handling Information. After referring the customers, set the ticket to RESOLVE to ensure the ticket does not get forwarded to other groups.
