Background
Help Desk support is limited to referrals only for Job and Employee Management System (JEMS). Information on obtaining access, the authorization form, and a tipsheet for troubleshooting common Java issues are all found on the HR JEMS service page. as well as the JEMS category in the HR COP KB.
