Manifest - How to Update a Spec Pop Identity's Name, Email, and/or Date of Birth

This document will show Spec Pop users how to update their personal details in Manifest.

Instructions:

    1. Log into the Manifest service at https://manifest.services.wisc.edu.

    2. Upon successful login to Manifest, click "My account [NetID]" in the top right corner next to "Help/About" and "Log out."

    3. You will be directed to a page displaying your personal information.

    4. Once you have updated your personal information, click "Save changes."

Internal Notes

Help Desk Agents: If for whatever reason a user is unable to update their DOB using this method, escalate the case to the IAM queue. If a user has forgotten their NetID password and has also set the wrong DOB, please verify identity by some form of government ID in a Zoom meeting.
