Referrals - Terra Dotta

This document describes the referral process for Terra Dotta.

Background

Terra Dotta is available on MyUW and terradotta.wisc.edu and is used to manage data and reporting on F-1/J-1 visa holding students, J-1 scholars and H1B international staff.

Support

End users access Terra Dotta via their NetID and MyUW Portal. Escalate issues related to NetID or portal using standard procedures.

Beyond finding the app and login questions, questions about Terra Dotta should be directed as follows: 
  • Questions from applicants should be directed to the relevant admitting office. 
  • Questions from current students with F-1 of J-1 visas should be directed to International Student Services at iss@studentlife.wisc.edu 
  • Questions from J-1 Scholars and employees on H1B visas should be directed to International Faculty and Staff Services at ischolars@ohr.wisc.edu 
  • Questions from staff on campus who are administrative users of the Terra Dotta software should be directed to ISS at iss@studentlife.wisc.edu
