ALC Post-Tenure Review Salary Policy

This document describes the salary increase policy for post-tenure review of faculty, as approved by the Executive Committee on February 24, 2018.

The following salary amounts will be considered based on 2018 guidelines: 

1.  "Does not meet expectations" evaluation: No increase

2.  "Meets expectations" evaluation: Minimum amount ($1500 for 2018)

3.  "Exceeds Expectations" evaluation: increase between the minimum and maximum of 5% of salary (taking into consideration the same set of factors used for all merit raises)
