To request signage for your lab, please visit our webpage: https://ehs.wisc.edu/ehs-signage/
Signage should be posted on all doors to the lab space. If you have a small BSL-2 room within a larger BSL-1 lab, the BSL-2 sign can be posted on the small room and does not have to be posted on the door to the BSL-1 space.
A BSL sign is not required for BSL-1. However, a lab emergency information door card is required for all level labs.
