If you no longer wish to pursue a protocol, amendment, renewal or grant/personnel change you may opt to Withdraw any time prior to approval. 

To Withdraw, navigate to the protocol's workspace. On the left side menu of the workspace, locate the activity Withdraw. Select the activity to send the withdraw request to OBS.

In the protocol workspace history, the protocol, amendment, or grant/personnel change will show as 'Withdrawn".

Once a protocol is withdrawn, it will move to the ARCHIVED tab, located at the bottom of your ARROW My Home page:

If you change your mind, you are able to select the archived protocol and reopen it to submit for review.
