Bio-ARROW - Troubleshooting - Addressing Smartform Errors

Bio-ARROW help

Common Causes for Errors When Using BIO-ARROW:

Missing a Required Question:

Some protocol fields are required, these are marked with a red asterisk (*). If these sections are not completed, you will receive an error message when navigating away from the page or when trying to submit the protocol. If this occurs, please look over the page and be sure to answer all questions marked with a red asterisk.

Too Many Characters in a Text Field:

If you receive an error and cannot proceed from a question pop-up window or page and you have answered all required questions, then the issue may be that you have exceeded the character limit of a text field in a question. You can overcome this error by shortening your response in a text field before proceeding in the protocol. If this does not work, please contact Biosafety to report the page and question presenting the error. We can help troubleshoot to determine if the issue is due to character limits or another problem.
