The event will be held at the University of Wisconsin Hillel Foundation, with services starting at 6 p.m. and dinner at 7 p.m. General: Student Services Finance Committee: will not meet this week. Legislative Affairs Committee: will meet on Monday at 7 p.m. in the Student Activity Center Caucus Room to hear from John Horn, the director of Recreational Sports, about the Natatorium building project. Shared Governance Committee: will meet on Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the SAC Caucus Room to hear from Heather Stouder, director of urban planning for the city of Madison, about various urban planning initiatives. Equity and Inclusion Committee: will meet on Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the ASM Internal Conference Room (Room 4301 of the SAC) to provide campaign updates and talk about the “I am UW” campaign. Grant Allocation Committee: will meet on Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the SAC Hearing Room for travel and event grant hearings. Sustainability Committee: will meet on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the SAC Caucus Room to provide campaign updates and plan Earth Week. Student Activity Center Governing Board: will meet on Wednesday at 5 p.m. in Room 4001 of the SAC to discuss bylaw changes about the office waitlist and the SACGB Accountability Policy. Coordinating Council: will meet on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in the SAC Caucus Room to provide campaign updates and plans to continue them next session. ###
