ASM TO HOST VIRTUAL TOWN HALL

ASM will host a virtual town hall to address common student concerns related to campus operations during the COVID-19 crisis.

Topic: Student Wellbeing - Academics, Health and Finance

Date: Wednesday, April 8th at 6:30 p.m. CT

Platform: Zoom and on the Associated Students of Madison Facebook page.

Setup:

  • This Google Form will be used to collect student questions. It will be accessible to students prior to and during the virtual town hall. 

  • During the virtual town hall, questions can be asked through the Chat function on the Zoom video conference and on the Associated Students of Madison Facebook page. The Zoom chat is privately accessible to the ASM moderators as question facilitators. Questions can also be asked

  • ASM Moderators will ask panelists commonly asked questions from the Google Form during the virtual town hall and use those questions, as well as questions from the Chat, to facilitate the conversation.
