Special Notices:

• The Sustainability Committee will be co-hosting a clothing swap with the Student Sierra Coalition on Friday, November 30 from 12:30-3:30 p.m. in the Student Activity Center Caucus Room.

• The Equity and Inclusion Committee will be hosting a multicultural discussion on Thursday, November 29 at 7 p.m. in the Red Gym MSC Lounge. Multicultural student organizations are invited to discuss race, campus climate and the divide between multicultural communities on campus.

General:

• Student Services Finance Committee (SSFC): will meet on Monday and Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in the Student Activity Center Hearing Room. On Monday, the committee will decide on the budget for the Wisconsin Black Student Union and hear the budgets for PAVE and the Student Activity Center Governing Board. On Thursday, the committee will decide on the budgets for PAVE and SACGB and hear the budgets for the Wisconsin Association of Black Men and Sex Out Loud.

• Legislative Affairs Committee: will meet Monday at 7 p.m. in the Student Activity Center Caucus Room to backwards plan for the state budget campaign and brainstorm outreach and social media ideas.

• Equity and Inclusion: will meet on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in the Student Activity Center Caucus Room to provide campaign updates.

• Shared Governance Committee: will meet on Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the Student Activity Center Caucus Room to provide committee updates.

• Grant Allocation Committee: will meet on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in the Student Activity Center Hearing Room to review grant applications.

• Student Activity Center Governing Board: will meet on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in Student Activity Center Room 4001 to run through period two accountability and give budget updates for fiscal year 2019.

• Sustainability Committee: will meet on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in the Student Activity Center Caucus Room to hear from Missy Nergard, the director of sustainability at Facilities Planning and Management.

• Campus Relations Committee: will meet on Wednesday at 5 p.m. in the ASM Internal Conference Room to plan the Town Hall and New People New Voices.

• Student Council: will meet on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in the Student Activity Center Hearing Room to hear from Vice Provost for Diversity and Climate and Chief Diversity Officer Patrick Sims.
