Shared Governance Committee / ASM

Description

The ASM Shared Governance Committee is the student body charged with appointing students to committees across the UW-Madison campus, City of Madison, and the UW System. All students are welcome to attend our general meetings if they are interested in discussing student issues or the inner workings of the university. These meetings function to offer a space for collaboration across committees, connect appointees with the Shared Governance Chair for support, and work on shared campaigns.

There are over 70 committees the appointees can serve. They cover a full range of topics and issues. They are constantly changing and each one unique. Visit https://go.wisc.edu/asmsharedgov to see a full detailed committee listing.
