Cidilabs is experiencing issues with their databases which may cause their tools to be slow or not load.
Outage Description
At 12:44 PM, Cidilabs is reporting that they are having problems on their end with their databases. This may cause their tools to be either very slow or not load at all.
The tools affected by this are UDOIT Advantage and DesignPLUS (specifically the Multi-Tool and the Upload/Embed Tool)
Impact to Users
Users may experience slowness while using these tools or they may not be able to access them at all.
Resolved
As of 2:14PM, the vendor is reporting that the issues have been resolved.
