Turnitin is currently experience service issues and performing emergency maintenance

Impact to Users

During this time, users may encounter an error message intermittently when accessing the Turnitin homepages, and users accessing similarity reports may see an error page indicating that Turnitin is experiencing some issues.  

Workarounds

There are no known workarounds at this time

Learn@UW is monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as we receive new information.

Update:

As of 1:13pm Ct Turnitin is now reporting that the issue is resolved, and Learn@UW has tested and confirmed. If instructors or students continue to experience issues they believe may be to the service incident, please contact the DoIT Help Desk.
