PLANNED OUTAGE: Kaltura Offline Aug. 24-26, 2018

A planned outage will occur on Aug 24th-26th affecting all UW-Madison Kaltura users, preventing access to Kaltura MediaSpace and My Media in Canvas during this time.
In our continued efforts to integrate your media seamlessly with Canvas and other supported tools, we will be performing a significant administrative change to all content within Kaltura MediaSpace that will update every user ID, media item, and categorization. This work effort is intended to improve the Kaltura MediaSpace integration with Canvas.
This important project requires access to Kaltura MediaSpace to be offline in order to allow the vendor to migrate our Kaltura authentication to EPPN by bulk updating all userIDs and associated media.
The planned outage will occur Friday, August 24 @ 12:00pm through Sunday, August 26 @ 11:59pm. Please do not attempt to log in to Kaltura during this time, and if you are unable to access your media during this time note that all media, channels, and other user associated information will be retained and accessible by Monday, Aug. 27th.-- Learn@UW Madison
