MEDIA BULLETIN: WEEK OF NOVEMBER 12

• General:

• ●  Student Services Finance Committee (SSFC): will meet on Monday and Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in the Student Activity Center Hearing Room. On Monday, the committee will decide on the budget for the Campus Women’s Center (CWC) and hear the budget for MEChA. On Thursday, the committee will decide on the budget for MEChA and hear the budget for the Wisconsin Black Student Union.

• ●  Legislative Affairs Committee:will meet Monday at 7 p.m. in the Student Activity Center Caucus Room to hear from State Assembly Rep. Chris Taylor in regard to her work, the election and the state budget.

• ●  Equity and Inclusion:will meet on Tuesday from 4:30-6 p.m. in the Student Activity Center Caucus Room for another “Bubble Tea Tuesday” with the Asian American Student Union. The topic this week is “Breaking the Stigma: Sexuality in the Asian Culture.”

• ●  Grant Allocation Committee:will meet on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in the Student Activity Center Hearing Room to review grant applications.

• ●  Student Activity Center Governing Board: will meet on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in Student Activity Center Room 4001.

• ●  Sustainability Committee:will meet on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in the Student Activity Center Caucus Room to for an opinionated editorial (op-ed) and outreach workshop.

• ●  Campus Relations Committee: will meet on Wednesday at 5 p.m. in the ASM Internal Conference Room (SAC 4th floor) to plan tabling events around campus and an upcoming Town Hall.

• ●  Student Council: will meet on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in the Student Activity Center Hearing Room to hear from Lauren Hasselbacher, the Title IX coordinator, and will also vote on an amended version of the ASM internal budget.
