Noland and Birge Label Printer Instructions
Instructions on how to install and print to the label printers located in 107 Noland and 135 Birge
Windows
Installation
- Download the file "Install Noland 107 Label Printer.bat", "Install Birge 135 Label Printer.bat" and "Label Printer Software.exe" from the following link:

- Once downloaded, right click the file and select "Run as Administrator" for both of the "Install" files.

- After a few moments, the installer should say "Printer connected successfully!" and you can close the window
- Then, run the "Label Printer Software" file
- Click Agree
- Click Install
- After Installation, you can close the window
How to Print a Label
- Download the shipping label you would like to print
- Open the shipping label
- Open “P-touch Editor 5.4 (Snap Mode)”


- A small window will open:

- Click the small camera button on the right side
- Click and drag over the label(It does not need to be exact!)
- This will open P-touch Editor, where you can see the label and how it will print out:

- Adjust the label to fit the size of the box provided(this is the size of the label that will print).

- Important: Click into the gray space after making adjustments to the label, otherwise, it will not save your adjustments!
- At the bottom right of the program, click the menu to select which printer(Birge or Noland) you want to print to:

Note: This menu can make the program freeze for up to 1 minute. - Click “Print” in the top menu.
- You should not need to change any settings in the following menu:

- Click “Print”
- You now should have a printed label at the label printer!
Mac
Installation
- Download/Install the "Brother P-Touch Editor" from the Apple App Store
- Open the Software
- On the Window that opens, click "Select Printer" on the top right

- Click IP Address

- Enter the address for one of the label printers, then repeat steps 3-5 with the other

Birge: - You are now ready to print!
How to Print a Label
- Download the shipping label you want to print
- Open P-Touch Editor
- First, select the printer you want to print to on the top right menu
Noland: 144.92.93.10
Birge:
- Click "New"
- At the top of the screen, click "Image"
- Choose the downloaded label and click "Insert"

- Adjust the dimensions and the orientation on the left(Portrait or Landscape) so the label fits nicely within the borders of the white box.
Note: This does not have to be perfect!
- Click "Print" on the top left
- Click "Print" again in the menu that pops up
- The label has now been printed!
