If you choose not to reconnect the share at logon when mapping the drive (see instructions below), you will have to follow these instructions each time you want to access the share.

Click on the Start Menu

Choose Computer on the right-hand side of the Start Menu.

Click on Map Network Drive.

Choose an arbitrary Drive Letter and enter the following into the Folder box:

\\warehouse.botany.wisc.edu\YOUR_SHARE_NAME_HERE

Replace YOUR_SHARE_NAME_HERE with the share to which you want to connect. If you're unsure about which share you want, please contact Botany IT. Click the "Reconnect at logon" button if you want to reconnect this share every time Windows is restarted.

Click on the Finish button.

A new window should then open that displays the top-level contents of the share.
