Maple on Citrix XenApp

Steps to launch Maple 2024 remotely via Citrix XenApp

Maple 2024 is currently having an issue launching via Citrix XenApp.  The first time you launch it, you will likely get a "Cannot start Maple" error, similar to this:

When this happens, click "Close" but do not close the web browser tab Maple opened in.  Go back to the Citrix Apps page and launch Maple again.

 This time, it should successfully launch Maple in the Browser tab that was opened on the first attempt:
