Generating Log Files for AppsAnywhere

How to generate Logs in AppsAnywhere to assist with troubleshooting.
  1. Click on the arrow in the lower right corner of the screen to show Hidden Icons in your System Tray

  2. Right click on the AppsAnywhere Icon

  3. Click on "Collect Support Data"

  4. Select where to save the .zip file.

  5. A .zip folder will now be created in the directory you selected.  Please be sure to include this .zip folder when contacting the CAE Help Desk
