Generating Log Files for AppsAnywhere
How to generate Logs in AppsAnywhere to assist with troubleshooting.
- Click on the arrow in the lower right corner of the screen to show Hidden Icons in your System Tray

- Right click on the AppsAnywhere Icon

- Click on "Collect Support Data"

- Select where to save the .zip file.

- A .zip folder will now be created in the directory you selected. Please be sure to include this .zip folder when contacting the CAE Help Desk
