Source Version Control Repositories

This page gives a brief overview of the repository service.

Introduction

The CAE source version control repository service allows students, faculty and staff to provide version control to files, primarily intended for instruction and coursework. In particular, the repository service is not a backup solution, but intended to track changes in small files, such as code bases. The repository can currently be one of the following types: svn (ie: Subversion), or git.

NOTE: We no longer provide Trac integration of repositories. If you would like something like this please contact DoIT to see if you can use their services.
