DSPs by Department

In-office computer support for College of Engineering faculty is provided by your Departmental Support Person (DSP). If your department does not have a DSP, then the Faculty Support Group is your primary service provider.

 Services Provided by DSPs:

-Diagnose network problems
-Diagnose computer problems
-Install software and/or upgrades
-Report any problems that cannot be resolved to CAE for further assistance
