Problems submitting a room reservation request

Missing Primary ContactWhen Requesting a CAE Lab room reservation at:
If you do not see the WebEntry primary contact on the Details page of the request form as shown below:
You will not be able to complete the web reservation request form. This will happen if you recently changed or activated your campus NetID. To correct the problem, please email the CAE Helpdesk at email@example.com and request access to the WebEntry contact in the room reservation system. Please specify your campus NetID to help speed processing of the request. Do NOT send the helpdesk your password.
If your reservation request has been submitted but is still pending for an unusually long time, it may be wise to contact the room coordinator(s). You can find the coordinator for a room by clicking on the room:
Next, click "Additional Information"
You will then see the names of the coordinators for the room. If you do not already have their contact info, you can use the directory search at wisc.edu.
