CALS Policy on Course Instruction

In accordance with the federal credit hour definition and UW-Madison policies on session start/end dates, grading, and awarding credit for directed/independent study, course instruction must occur during the term in which the student is enrolled for course credit. Credit(s) will not be applied to a student’s record for work completed in a term after the term has ended.
