Campus Software Library Sigmaplot Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting errors on starting the Campus Software Library version of Sigmaplot at UW-Madison
When launching the UW-Madison Campus Software Library concurrent licensed version of Sigmaplot, sometimes an end user will receive a message indicating that the version of Sigmaplot 13 is expired and there isn't a valid license.
Create a separate configuration file to enable SigmaPlot to find the License Manager. Open a text editor (such as notepad or wordpad, not MS Word) and create a file named hasp_107466.ini. The hasp_107466.ini file should contain ONLY the following line:
SERVERADDR = license.software.wisc.edu
3. If you have followed the above instructions, and neither of the above solved the error message, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance in troubleshooting.Save and place the file on the same machine where SigmaPlot is installed, in the following directory for modern Windows operating systems:
C:\Users\(Username)\AppData\Local\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel LDK\
A separate .ini file must be created on the machine for each user of SigmaPlot 13 application.
