Undergraduates wanting to enroll in 299 or 699 should fill out thePAS Independent Study Form Agreement  with their research mentor. 

• To enroll in Agron 299 or 699, email this form to Caitlin Collies, caitlin.collies@wisc.edu, 369 Moore
• To enroll in Hort 299 or 699, email this form to Kathryn Jones, kjones26@wisc.edu, 386 Hort

Once the form is received, Kathryn or Caitlin will issue the student a permission to enroll and will let them know which section to enroll in.
