Capstone Experience Form and Rubric for Agronomy and Horticulture Majors

These forms are for undergraduate students majoring in Horticulture or Agronomy that plan to use 399 or 699 for their capstone. Students should talk to their major advisor prior to filling out any form.

  • PAS Capstone Form  - must be filled out prior to starting the internship, research, or special project
  • PAS Capstone Rubric  - must be filled out by the UW faculty or staff member overseeing the student
