PAS Communications Templates and Logo

A list of links to templates for PAS communications such as slideshows, letterhead, and social media.

Letterhead

UW-Madison has generic branded letterhead. 

For PAS-only work, use our PAS branded letterhead. Please note, this letterhead uses Red Hat Display and Crimson Pro which must be downloaded on your computer to display correctly. Alternatively, here is a letterhead that uses Times New Roman.

Business Cards

Our department has branded business cards through DoIT printing. To order:

  1. Go to DoIT's printing website. If you are not logged in, you may have to enter your NetID and password.
  2. Click on "Item Catalog"
  3. Scroll to find the "Business Card" folder and click on "View Products"
  4. Scroll to the "College of Agricultural and Life Sciences" folder and click on "View Products"
  5. Click on "Department of Plant and Agroecosystem Sciences - Business Card"
  6. Click on "Configure"
  7. You can then edit the values of the business card including your name, title, program or lab, building number, address, phone numbers, and more. As you edit, you can click "Update Preview" to see a preview of how the card will look.
  8. Once you are satisfied with the card preview, you can click "Approve and Continue"
  9. DoIT may bring you back to the main page. If so, simply click on the shopping cart icon.
  10. When checking out, you can choose the delivery date and location. DoIT will ask for specific funding information when checking out.

Flyers

Canva is a great tool for designing flyers. Open our PAS flyer template.

Email Event Invite Template

Word Doc that can be copy, pasted, and filled out to quickly invite outside groups to PAS events.

Logo

Every department has its own departmental logo. UW makes these logos. PAS departmental logo. Logos must adhere to UW-Madison's usage guide.

Photos

Our department has a Flickr where stock images of our facilities and research will be uploaded.
