Edvest College Savings Plan
PO Box 219437
Kansas City, MO 64121-9437

A college tuition savings plan for parents and grandparents administered by the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration. Earnings from the savings are exempt from Wisconsin income tax and Federal tax deferred. To participate, either the parent, grandparent or child must be a Wisconsin resident when the account is opened and the initial investment is made.

The savings will be measured in "tuition units" redeemable at any public or private college or vocational school nationwide. Tuition units are priced so that, with investment earnings over time, 100 units will equal the estimated average tuition at a UW campus in the year of anticipated use.

Room & Board
Room & board costs are considered qualified only during the academic period in which the student is enrolled or accepted for enrollment in a program that leads to a recognized educational credential.  This amount cannot exceed the institution's 'cost of attendance' allowance.
